Just joined Twitter.
Not a luddite by any stretch, but I am a bit (or a lot) slow when it comes to these kinds of stuff. One of the reasons I never really write about using social media is that I don’t really use it. Plus, so many experts like Kevin Donlin are far more up to speed on this stuff.
Heck, I just got a blackberry, and blu-ray is like a dvd player, right?
So, I decided to follow GoodHealth and they posted a very interesting article from BettyConfidentail about 15 foods and drink that help you burn fat.Â Now that’s the ticket. I love articles on thermogenic foods and foods that work with your body to burn fat.

Getting in shape and being healthy is more than just losing fat – BUT- losing fat is a big part of it.
The number one rule to losing fat, as explained by nicely by Tom Venuto here, is about taking in less calories than you expend on a daily basis – having a calorie deficit. But the calories you take in has got to be good one. And as an added bonus, the foods that are fiber rich, nutrient dense, and thermogenic work with you (that is, easy on the internal organs like liver and kidney).
